Convenient and clean serviced apartment in Providencia.

The location was very convenient. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

There was no double -glazing so the noises from the street came into the apartment all night. This included strert cleaners at 3.30 am! It would also be better to have more effective window blinds because the venetian blinds let in all the strert lights.

Excellent location. Very clean and luminous. Wonderful bed. Nice breakfast, delicious scrambled eggs (coffee should be better). Daily service

Nobody answered the two mails I send in advance. The place looks a bit dated in the 90’s It would be nice a proper coffee machine in the appartment (there is an electric kettle and pouches of Nescafé, soluble powder). Wi Fi is slow, repeatedly disconnects

Convenient and comfortable.

Very convenient. Good quiet neighbourhood with easy access to the Metro. Breakfast was substantial. Reception staff were knowledgeable and helpful.

The hotel and the apartment were further apart than we expected. The TV did not have any English news channels.

Everything you could want and then some

Food, room, location, staff, services were all fantastic. I would not even consider staying any place else. Don't think twice, just book! Easy access to everything I needed to get too. Should point out, you have to walk to the Hotel Orly for breakfast, but that is an enjoyable 50 yard stroll down a tree lined street. Property is directly across the street from city park and biking/running trail, and less then a mile from a state park perfect for a challenging hiking or biking outing.

Wifi didn't perform as I would have liked. The morning I arrived for a 9 day stay, breakfast was still being served and I was informed I couldn't have so much a glass of juice, because it was not one of the days included for breakfast. After some begging, I was given a small glass of OJ....just thought that was a bit odd.

Do not stay here not worth the price

The person at the reception was very accomodating and helpful, the breakfast was very nice.

The apartment itself was very sub standard and did not look anything like the photos on the website. The corridor of the building looked very dodgy. The apartment looked like it needed a really good paint, the white leather lounge was gruby. I felt like I had to keep my socks on to not walk on the dirty floors. I could not stay a night in this place so we had to book another hotel and move it was really discusting.

Excellent Hotel and Apartments! It was in walking distance to shops, cafes and restaurants! The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of hot and cold food! The staff were friendly and accommodating!

Wonderful!

Amazing stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful and we were upgraded to a massive apartment during our 2nd three nights there, which was a wonderful surprise. The breakfast is great as well as the location. Would highly recommend!

Good option for providencia

The apartment is spacious... there was a washer what is not common ... the breakfast is included just have to walk to the hotel orly located really close by... great location with a supermarket close by and many different restaurants

It can be noisy from the traffic ... found a few hairs on the walls of the bathroom so the cleaning staff should be more careful ... it was really clean every day but those hairs stayed on my mind ...

Simply awesome

Very spacious apartment. Washer actually came in handy. Super friendly and helpful staff. Very nice breakfast. Location was super convenient, only 2-3 blocks to metro. Very accommodating to our unexpected date changes.

Street noise was still pretty loud five floor ups. Elevator was constantly buzzing.

ACEPTABLE

Ubicación y desayuno. Lamentablemente el conserje de la noche del Apart Hotel Orly no parece tener las capacidades para estar en ese cargo.

Al adelantarse mi vuelo de regreso y el horario acordado con Hotel Orly para tener un coche a las 07:00 no era adecuado solicité al conserje nocturno siendo la 06:30 conseguir urgente un taxi o similar, el hombre parecía no entender y salí a ver si conseguía taxi, la temperatura exterior era de 3°C y no se veía un sólo taxi. Regresé y le solicité llamar al frontdesk del Hotel Orly que de inmediato mandó una persona para tratar de solucionar el problema, afortunadamente en ese momento llegó un coche a dejar pasajero y en ese pude llegar en tiempo al aeropuerto. No parece la persona adecuada para atender un alojamiento de buena categoria.

Todo perfecto

El hotel es excelente, es la segunda vez que vamos y cuando tenga que volver a Santiago volvería sin duda. Limpio, cómodos los apartamentos y desayuno ideal. Pero la ubicación es perfecta. El personal es súper atento y están para solucionarte cualquier inconveniente que te surja.

Un Lugar que te sorprende superando las expectativas!!!

Departamento cómodo y confortable en una ubicación de privilegio.- El desayuno excelente se sirve en el hotel ORLY enfrente del Departamento. Ideal que cuente con cochera. Muy cerca del Costanera Shopping y a 100 mts. de Avda Providencia donde encuentras todo lo que necesites.-

Muy còmodo.

El desayuno bàrbaro y la cama excelente, cuenta con 2 tv, sofà ,ventanal. muy limpio y muy bien atendido. la zona en donde esta es muy buena, de lo mejor en Santiago.

si bien tiene microondas le falto el hornito para la pizza, y como esta entre avenidas a la mañana hay mucho transito y se escucha un poco.

Perfecto y armonioso.

La vista linda con unos ventanales enormes, la cama muy cómoda, la comodidad en general del departamento, el desayuno buffet muy bueno, el personal muy atento y cordial y la zona muy agradable y con todo cerca.

Lo único que podría decir que me molestó es el tener que avisar en alguna oportunidad el faltante de algún producto. Pero no hubo ningún inconveniente ya que enseguida nos lo proveyeron.

Los departamentos tienen todas las comodidades

Nuevamente una excelente estadía

El ambiente agradable en los departamentos, y sobre todo la decoración en el comedor y sala de espera del hotel. La buena atención del personal sigue siendo uno de los aspectos más destacados, entre muchos otros que tiene este excelente hotel.

Que el desayuno no esté automáticamente incluido en las especificaciones de los alojamientos ofrecidos como había sido hasta hace poco. Ahora debe señalarse expresamente si se desea o no el desayuno. Por no haber reparado en ese detalle cuando hice la reserva a través de Booking tuve que cancelar el desayuno en forma aparte. Que ya no tengan es "exquisitísimo" Kuchen de nuez al desayuno. ¡Creo que era el mejor de Chile! (y yo sé de Kuchenes!). No es una crítica en sentido estricto, sino una petición que lo repongan :-D
